March MN FoodShare

Your gift today restocks Food Shelves, providing nutritious food to neighbors all around the Twin Cities. Your generosity has helped thousands of neighbors like our friend Lynne, a single mom, who shared: “From food, hugs and inspiration… I’ve gained so much that I can’t stop giving back.” Please make your gift before the $50,0000 FoodShare campaign expires on April 6th. Every gift is partially matched through MN FoodShare!

March FoodShare Campaign

March FoodShare is here and this means we have an outstanding opportunity to Bring Help and Inspire Hope in our community.

Join us in restocking our food shelves to help us bring support to hungry and hurting individuals and families that are living right here in our own community.
In honor of our 20th Anniversary, will you help us meet our goal to raise $20,000 in food donations? Your kind support during this campaign will enable us to feed an extra 8,000 individuals and families in our local community!

Any amount helps, particularly during this annual Minnesota FoodShare Campaign as it will be partially matched during the campaign that runs from February 27 through April 9, 2023.

Donate to SoleCare For Souls

SoleCare for Souls is a medical outreach that promotes health through free medical foot care, kindness and the provision of critical services to over 2,000 unsheltered and hurting people every year. During the hands-on work of cleaning, trimming, and filing, SoleCare volunteers and staff listen to the men and women who entrust their feet to our care. With dignity and respect, we tend to their outer “soles” while we nourish their inner “souls” with friendship, encouragement, and kindness, bringing much needed hope to so many who are under-resourced or experiencing homelessness.

Spring 2020 Help the Hungry & Hurting Campaign (Video)

The mission of Good in the ‘Hood is to influence, inspire, and impact individuals, families, and entire communities for good.

The COVID-19 outbreak has resulted in overwhelming financial burdens for many people. Many families with children are struggling to put enough food on the table.

Good in the ‘Hood has experienced a 300% increase in requests for food from individuals, community centers, churches, and schools.

To meet this need, Good in the ‘Hood is stepping up by mobilizing groceries and offering critical food support to over 7,500 people through host sites across the Twin Cities every month.  We normally serve an average of 4,500 each month, so this is a significant increase.

The cost to increase our food delivery to meet the growing needs in our community is an additional $14,000 each month.

None of this would be possible without generous donors like you. Would you consider making a gift today help us reach our goal and provide critical groceries for the hungry and hurting in the Twin Cities?

Together, we can change lives, families, and entire communities with simple acts of intentional kindness.
