Remarks: Freedom and Fellowship Supportive Housing program is culturally specific, community based, sober, supportive housing program serving homeless men and women over the age of 18. these people must have a primary diagnosis of chemical dependency/abuse, mental illness or HIV. The goal of the program is to provide affordable, permanent housing and deliver comprehensive support services.
