Reverend Shawn Morrison, Executive Director of Good in the ‘Hood and Sr. Pastor of Cedarcrest Free Methodist Church, shares with dear friend, Reverend Larry Kutzler, CEO of CitySites Urban Media, on the distinction between our conscience and our convictions. We invite you to tune into this discussion as these two community leaders offer some helpful information and useful insights for our listening audience.
Each year, generous supporters like you celebrate Give to the Max Day by making your online donation on GiveMN.org. Your generosity on this day makes a difference far beyond the 24-hour giving event.

Please join us on November 15, 2018, for Give to the Max Day and help us continue to change lives!!
Good in the ‘Hood is excited to be part of the March MN FoodShare Campaign! March has been identified by food shelf and hunger relief workers as a critical time of year. Donations drop following the winter holidays yet food insecurity and hunger remain persistent. According to Hunger Solutions
Minnesota, over 3,000,000 visits were made to Minnesota food shelves each year from 2011 through 2016 and visits in 2017 are likely to have met or exceeded this number.
The Minnesota FoodShare March Campaign encourages individuals, businesses, community organizations, faith communities, and local advocates to support their local food shelf during the month of March. Individuals and organizations can connect with their local food shelf or register with Minnesota FoodShare as March Campaign partners in collecting food and donations on behalf of their local food shelf or Minnesota FoodShare.
Information and registration is available at www.mnfoodshare.org.
Give-to-the Max day is November 16th but you don’t have to wait until then to help us reach our goal! Your gift of any size will help us to provide help and hope to children and families in the Twin Cities.
